The full journey from initial design concepts to receiving the keys to your MMC Villa typically takes around 8 months. This includes engineering, permitting, material selections, and the full construction of your villa. Though your exact timeline depends on the size of the home, the level of customization, and how quickly we move through design decisions together.

MMC does not provide financing or arrange lending directly. However, we can offer guidance and introductions to reputable lenders upon request. You are free to choose the lender that best fits your needs, and once financing is in place, our team will coordinate all required documentation and timelines to ensure the project proceeds without interruption.

Our payment structure follows the natural progression of the project. We begin with an initial deposit to secure scheduling, initiate design coordination, and prepare the project for construction. From there, payments are divided into defined milestones that align with major phases of the build, such as foundation, framing, mechanical systems, and finishes.

Each installment reflects work that is completed or underway, providing a clear and predictable financial path from start to finish. A final payment is collected once all work, inspections, and handover steps are complete.
